About the Comic
Kitov Sige is an indentured apprentice scribe living in the capital city of the greatest empire in the known world: Imrodan. What his life lacks in freedoms are supposedly made up for with straightforwardness and relative safety, though he’s always wished for adventures like the ones he’s read about in books. When one of the Emperor’s daughters is set to wed a foreign official Kitov is given the opportunity to travel along as part of her personal guard and the world turns out to be much larger and more complicated than it seemed to be in books.
About the Author
My name is Kieran Thompson and I’ve been doing webcomics in one form or another for an unreasonably long time. I’m a gay trans man who likes fantasy stories. I drew the pictures and wrote the story in this comic and started working on it because I wanted to write a fun escapist sort of fantasy story with queer main characters. I hope you’ll enjoy it!
