I got plenty of sleep last night but I'm still exhausted. Not sure what's wrong with me, I don't feel sick. I have been getting a little bit of writing done, at least.
Also, regarding feeling exhausted after getting a decent amount of sleep: how much sleep do you get normally? If you don’t sleep well normally, getting a decent amount of sleep can cause problems until you adjust to regularly getting a good nights sleep. That’s what I’ve heard anyway. There is also sleep debt to consider.

Also seasonal time shift can effect sleep.
