This is a wedding dress? I guess?
I'm not even sure if they would wear white wedding dresses in this world.
I guess I'm gonna stream for a bit tonight while I work on stuff. I have to color a page of my other webcomic and do one more sketch for the end of this week. I'll probably work on chapter 4 a bit too. It's very nearly done.

It’s not really a matter of if they could make a white dress, of course they could, it’s more that white wedding dresses are only a tradition IRL because of historical factors and there’s no reason a fantasy world with a different history would have the same tradition.

And since you have left it white, you could always leave it as a bad-ass challenge for your fans to give it the most colourful peacock makeover they can think of XD
