The clouds seem to be isolating the town while still affording a suitable sense of impending doom. If anything was changed perhaps making them just a tiny touch darker would add a deeper sinister look, but this is fine as is.
That coach seems a litle small for the whole party, especially with a stretcher case, half on resting and half off pulling might work but a Dwarf and an Orc pulling at the same time might not be the most effective use of resources 😉
