Shit I forgot it was thursday.
The inks for the sequentials for chapter 12 are done. I might need to take a break for today. Nothing was broken or stolen, I think, but someone got into my car and rummaged around so now I am stressed.

The day I retired, someone broke into my car that night, or maybe I’d left it unlocked for the first time after dragging everything from my office out. I compulsively check that it’s locked using the remote after I get in the house but I might have missed that one time….
They took a bunch of change from the cup holder, probably $20-30 or so (we have $1 and $2 coins here) and threw everything from the glove compartment all over the floor but missed the $50 bill inside the registration folder that was there for a towtruck or gas and the stash of US$ in the sunvisor from the last trip there that was well over $100.
The seat was soaked from the heavy rain or at least I hope it was rain, I steam cleaned the inside and changed the seat covers anyway, and the dome light had drained the battery.
People are still scavengers, it’s in our DNA to be and some have a larger dose than others.
Funny how the same criminals who say “it’s only stuff, the insurance company will give you more” not caring that your premiums go up if you do, will go into a snarling hissy fit if you touch anything that ‘belongs’ to them, even if it’s gov’t property and you were the one who issued it to them.
