The dialogue font is called polyhedral bb and it’s one of blambot’s free fonts.
It’s technically designed for maps but I find it works fine for dialogue too.
And honestly the reasons I can get pages out quickly is that I’ve practiced a lot and can draw very fast and I do not have another job right now.
