It's very early but I need to leave the house early today.

The claims adjuster came out yesterday and looked at everything and she found the damage is both better and worse than the plumbers said. Short version is we still have to remove the shower to make subfloor repairs and it's not covered by insurance, but I'm also not responsible for any of the downstairs damage and I have some time to try to raise money for the repairs. She guessed about $5k for the total cost. I guess expect a gofundme link to appear in the near future. Do not give me advice.
