I had to have my cat put down yesterday. She's been really sick for a while but I didn't think it would be this soon. I'm still going to try to stream tonight (could use the distraction) but I'm not feeling too great.
That’s a shame, we’ve had to do that way too many times and it never gets easier 🙁
They say a pet will give you some of the best days in your life…and one of the worst…and they’re right.
Our latest cat is 13 +/- and he seems in good shape, the last one was 22 so maybe there’s a few good years left in him yet…I just hope I didn’t just jinx that, because thanks to everyone blindly obeying the mantra to get their cats ‘spayed or neutered’, there aren’t any kittens to be had anywhere unless you want to pay $400 plus for one from the ‘shelter’…so the rats are running wild on the street with no ‘outdoor cats’ to control them.
