Twenty Two

It's finally cool enough that we can take the small AC units out. IDK what I'll do about the central air. Hoping I can get it fixed before next summer. I have to replace a bathtub faucet after I post this, I'm reasonably certain I can manage it.

  1. Changing a faucet used to be easy, until they overcomplicated them. A small leak in a shower pipe that a contractor put in and went unnoticed for years ended up costing me $15,000 when the floor rotted out from under the shower and the ceiling of the room below caved in.
