I’m just putting in lore about whatever in these now I guess.
The monitor hasn’t gotten any worse since tuesday, which is good. The problem is something with the backlight and it seems to vary in severity. Sometimes the dark part is just the top left corner of the screen and it’s not too bad and sometimes its much darker in the corner and the entire left side of the screen is darker than it ought to be. I’ve adapted to it better than expected but I’m sure it’s throwing off my coloring.
Nicely done, bits like this flesh the world out a little and turn NPC’s into quasi-PC’s.
My monitor has started flickering every so often and it takes a long time to settle down on startup so it’s probably going to be time for a new one too.
Luckily, I don’t need a igh end one but findng one that fits the cubbyhole on my desk is getting harder and harder, anything more than 19″ wide simply won’t fit.
